Origins of the Programme:
Aims & Objectives:
To enable Victims/Survivors their carers and families in identifying and participating
in appropriate opportunities that will enable them to move from conflict to
playing their full active part in society and community life.
We view the project also as a possible exit strategy for those who have experienced counselling, enabling them to pass through ‘another door’ addressing personal development, assertiveness training and progression to accredited training thereby helping to create a pathway to employment.

These partnerships have developed our services insofar as broadening the options of training available to our participants. Participants receive advice on all aspects of training, including welfare advice. They are encouraged to enhance their interpersonal skills especially those that involve confidence building and problem solving thus enabling them to play a more positive role by facilitating them to deal with the aftermath of the conflict.
‘Partnership is the
cornerstone of our work’; we will continue to seek out new avenues for
further co-operation.
